Governance
The community rules!
Any user can to choose to make a proposal; however, they will only be considered if 5% of the total cumulative Addresses, which are holding S0, agree to the proposal moving into the discussion and decision round. Yes, this could mean a large holder could vote through their own, self-serving proposals; however, this step only approves the proposal will be discussed and actively approached – not approved
Then, the proposal will be discussed in the community for 30 days. After these 30 days, the team will issue statements and ideas on the proposal. After that, S0 has a two-week voting period, allowing S0 holders to vote from any chain.
The majority vote represents the result*-the more votes that have passed, the proposal that respects the majority of the voting results will be confirmed to the final result.
The longer you hold the address of S0, the more votes you will get. This means that the longer you hold, the more votes you have. Because always supporting is a very meaningful thing.
